1. General Policy

All sales made through OrenaHealth.com are subject to this refund policy. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Health Testing and Wellness Programs

  • Due to the nature of health testing and wellness services, all sales are final once the service has been initiated or the test kit has been dispatched.
  • If you have not received your test kit or access to a wellness program within the specified delivery or activation time, please contact us at services@orenahealth.com for assistance.
  • Refunds or rescheduling may be considered in cases of service errors or cancellations initiated by Orena.

3. Medical Devices

  • Medical devices purchased from OrenaHealth.com are eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the device is returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and documentation.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at services@orenahealth.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized products and services.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Digital content or downloadable materials once accessed.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Wellness program subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Refunds for unused portions of the subscription may be provided at our discretion.
  • Health testing orders cannot be canceled once the test kit has been shipped.
